Add additional exposure through a professional sign and secure key lock-box.
Provide professional flyers in the home for potential buyers and their agents.
Mail professional "Just listed" cards to the community announcing the listing of your home.
Advertise your home in our weekly full page ad in the Ahwatukee Foothills News (AZ -Tribune).
Include your home in Internet advertising on several different sites.
Schedule your home for the weekly MLS Realtor tour.
Follow-up on the salespeople who have shown your home, for their feedback and potential interest.
Promote your home at the company sales meeting.
Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace.
Prospect 2-3 hours per day and talk to 40-50 people per day looking for potential buyers.
Contact my buyer leads, Sphere of influence and past clients for their referrals and prospective buyers.
Whenever possible pre-qualify the prospective buyers.
Present you with all Purchase offers and assist you in negotiating the best possible price and terms.
Help and guide you through the entire real Estate transaction, including all mortgage, title and other closing procedures.
Represent and assist you in the purchase of your new home or relocation.
